Michelle is by far the best yoga teacher I have ever had. The classes are extremely well planned, pitched at the appropriate level for it's members and encompass all the aspects of yoga practice - postures, breathing and meditation - this gives a real balance to the class which you don't always find with other teachers, who tend to focus solely on postures. Michelle gives extremely clear instructions when demonstrating how to manoeuvre in and out of postures - including when exactly to inhale and exhale an aspect I always struggled with in past classes :-)
She is also able to give great explanations as to how each posture can help us and gives an insight into the more spiritual aspects of yoga which are fascinating. On a personal level, Michelle is very warm and friendly, you feel immediately relaxed and accepted in her classes and she is always ready to answer any questions you may have.
She also shows a genuine care and interest in each of her class members - taking the time to encourage or support individuals when appropriate. Michelle class is a real experience - leaving you feeling well stretched, more in tune, relaxed, wonderfully whole and looking forward to next weeks class!!
